Allegro® 2 Reformer with Tower and Mat

The Allegro 2 Reformer with Tower and Mat is a complete studio-in-a-box system built for home practitioners and instructors who want the full range of Reformer, Tower, and mat-based Pilates work without needing multiple separate pieces of equipment or a dedicated studio room.

Why Choose the Allegro 2 Reformer with Tower and Mat

At the core of the system is the Allegro 2 Reformer, a moving-carriage Reformer with an easily adjustable footbar and a SoftTouch® rope system that keeps transitions smooth and quiet, even while lying on the carriage. Add the Tower attachment and you unlock integrated Tower work, standing exercises, and floor-based routines on either side of the frame, dramatically increasing your exercise repertoire beyond what a standalone Reformer can offer.

The included Mat Conversion means the same footprint that supports a full Reformer and Tower session can convert into a flat Pilates mat platform in minutes, and the Tower and Mat Conversion pieces are easy to remove and store when you need the room back. That flexibility is exactly why the Allegro 2 Reformer with Tower and Mat has become a favorite for home studios, small clinical spaces, and instructors building out a first location.

What’s Included

Every Allegro 2 Reformer with Tower and Mat package ships with the Allegro 2 Reformer fitted with a 15″ (37.5cm) leg kit, plus the Tower and Mat Conversion accessories needed to move between Reformer, Tower, and mat work on a single frame.

Who It’s For

Because it folds Reformer, Tower, and mat work into one frame, the Allegro 2 Reformer with Tower and Mat suits home practitioners who don’t have room for separate apparatus, independent instructors outfitting their first studio, and rehab or clinical settings that need one machine to cover a wide range of client needs.

Rounding Out Your Pilates Studio

Most instructors don’t stop at a single Reformer. Once your Allegro 2 Reformer with Tower and Mat is set up, a Pilates Cadillac adds spring-based resistance work you can’t fully replicate on a Reformer alone, a Pilates Chair is ideal for compact strength and balance training, and a Ladder Barrel or Pilates Arc rounds out spinal articulation and stretching work. Browse our full range of Pilates accessories to keep your Allegro 2 Reformer with Tower and Mat outfitted for every class.

Pilates has a long history as a method of full-body conditioning (see Pilates on Wikipedia), and the Reformer remains its signature piece of equipment, which is why so many studios build their entire apparatus program around one.

Every Allegro 2 Reformer with Tower and Mat purchase from The Reformer Shop ships free within the US and is backed by our 30-day return policy, so you can bring studio-quality Pilates equipment into your home or practice with confidence.

Frequently Asked Questions

What’s the difference between the Allegro 2 Reformer and the Allegro 2 Reformer with Tower and Mat? The base Allegro 2 Reformer covers standard Reformer exercises, while this package adds the Tower attachment and Mat Conversion so you can also run standing tower work and floor-based mat exercises on the same frame.

Can I add the Tower and Mat Conversion later instead of buying the full package now? In most cases yes, but buying the Allegro 2 Reformer with Tower and Mat as a package is typically more cost-effective than purchasing each component separately down the line.

Is the Allegro 2 Reformer with Tower and Mat suitable for a home studio? Yes, its compact footprint and studio-in-a-box design make it a practical choice for home practitioners who still want full Reformer, Tower, and mat programming without a dedicated studio room.
